27th – 30th September 2019

The 420 Nationals this year will be held at Hermanus from the 27th to the 30th of September 2019. The NoR and SI for the upcoming 420 National Championships have been sanctioned by SAS and you can now download them, together with the entry form in the sidebar.
Hermanus Yacht Club is well suited and organized to cater for people that want to camp and there will also be cabins available to rent. For your camping arrangements get in contact with Jill, the manager at HYC manager and always CC the HYC commodore HYC commodore and our regatta secretary Regatta Secretary.

Our Race Officer will be Neil Armitage from IYC, and Protest Committee will be chaired by Dave Hudson.
The practice race will be on the 27th, and it will be the only race that will take place on that day.

There will be a clinic before the Championship. This is run by the International 420 association and the coach that will be sent is Michalis Mileos from Greece, a former 420 world champion. clinic will start on the 22nd until the 26th of September.
